Rental housing facilities are given to all the public servants from higher officials to employees and they can take advantage these facilities until they reach retirement. Accommodation for the government employees in Dhaka city is very critical as the city is already over populated as well as the living cost is relatively expensive rather than other cities. It’s difficult for the employees to hire apartments or houses in suitable place and the prices are variable in different places. The government is planning to ensure housing facilities for their employees to reduce the crisis of accommodation and the aim of the project is to make an environmentally friendly space where people can easily interact with each other and make a healthy relationship among themselves. Providing an efficient, adaptive recreational and open spaces will make a friendly environment which helps to create bondage with each other. Mahmud Zawad Hosssain B.
